The Guesthouse at Rosecrest Farm

Pamper yourself with the unforgettable experience of staying at our bed & breakfast, The Guesthouse at Rosecrest Farm in Bourbon County.

It's the perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway, or home base for exploring the scores of attractions that dot the central Kentucky countryside in all directions from our working thoroughbred farm. You'll wake up three miles from downtown Paris, yet surrounded by 150 acres of thoroughbreds and overlooking Claiborne, Auvergne and Cane Ridge Cattle Farms.

The front porch offers unmatched sunrise views, and on the back porch you can relax and watch the horses framed by the evening sunset.

Rosecrest is home to 14 mares, and the resulting number of foals and yearlings, some owned by Charles and Lyra Miller and some by their year-round boarding clients. Two retired racehorses live in a front field and the small paddocks near a back barn are perfect for the occasional horse in training on a layup from the track.

Our B & B is a nonsmoking and, sorry, no pets facility — for their safety and that of our horses. You have your choice of upstairs suite with a king-size bed or downstairs room with a queen-size bed, and accommodations range from $135 to $195, depending on the room chosen.

The front porch which has a beautiful view of morning sunrises, and wicker chairs to enjoy  peaceful evening sounds as the farm goes to sleep.

Our upstairs suite offers a king size bed, separate sitting and television alcove and bath and is $195 a night.

Now where else can you enjoy a view like this with your morning breakfast?
